We know weight loss isn’t always easy, and that when you do lose the weight it is even harder to keep that weight off. We want to change that status quo and provide you with the tools to give you the confidence to make the right choices for your health and yourself.

We are a dietitian and a weight loss coach who work together to make our clients’ goals a reality. We know how to make anybody lose weight: it’s a very simple formula. But that’s not the challenge for most people. We also know how to help you shift into the best possible mindset to recognise when you are getting in your own way, even when you don’t know you are.

Thinking differently about food doesn’t happen overnight which is why we want to support you until the positive changes stick.
